Centennial of the USC Engineering School had triggered celebration of variety of School’s disciplines, including Astronautics and Space Technology Program. The celebration took place on Wednesday, March 29, 2006 and included a highly attended special lecture “To the Moon and Beyond” by the moon walker Buzz Aldrin, followed by evening reception in the Davidson Conference Center with the astronaut, faculty and students of the program, and friends of astronautics.
